My name is Daniel Stevens and I am a professional violinist and strings player with 12+ years of teaching experience. I began playing Violin with the Suzuki program at a young age. From there, I have been involved in many orchestras and ensembles along with solo performances. I was involved with JSP and YPP (Young Peoples Philharmonic) at a young age. I was first chair violin in Easton High School Orchestra for all 4 years in attendance. I was involved with the Pennsylvania District Orchestra from 2005-2008. In 2007 I was privileged to be asked to join the European Concert Tour where we toured and performed in 6 countries in Europe. I then attended Kutztown University where I was a violinist in their orchestra and various small ensembles at the university. I currently do studio work and play violin/fiddle in bands that span in many different genres of music including country, rock, jazz, and alternative. I am eagerly taking seminars and involved in cohorts to further my own personal education and experience with music performance and education. I look forward to continuing my teaching and professional career with any persons who are on their journey to furthering their musical ability.
